What is the turnover book? When the invoice is charged, the amount is entered in the Turnover Book. The turnover book is a record in which at the end of the working day, and at the latest before the beginning of the next working day days, enter receipts collected in cash and cashless.
The Turnover book (KPR Form) is prescribed by the Ordinance on Income Tax and is its integral part. part.
General data on the taxpayer, data on the business unit and the following are entered in the turnover book data:
ordinal number,
date of receipt,
journal entry number,
description of receipts (account number),
amount charged in cash,
the amount charged in cash and the total amount.
If you charge invoices to clients exclusively on a transaction basis and create invoices only in
Word or Excel, then you can only maintain KPR in Excel.
If you are using an account creation program, make sure that the program has the ability to create KPR (and PO-SD). Take a look below how to make KPR in Minimax. If you also charge bills in cash, then you are required to use an invoice creation program, which means that CPR creation will be automatic after you indicate that the bill has been paid.
